No it’s not. And this is what we called ‘wise investment’. Before I describe further about this, let me explain what outsource did I mentioned about, and why it was so called as an investment, in term of business.

Outsource is to ask others to work for you. Simple. Let’s have an example to make yourself clear. Let say you are having a design business. When you got design orders, but then you are not capable of accepting orders just now with full focus on something else, then you may outsource the task to any designers or capable friends. With it, it’s a Win Win and Win situation. The client may feel comfortable of the output with no problem, the outsource designer may get money into their pocket, and you also earn some pocket money. And that’s what I meant of outsourcing.

However, outsource is an investment till you finally found what best for you. Some hectic minded may get greedy to do all the work themselves ; but after all, what they actually spend is ; their time constrain spent and no quality work upon given tasks.

I may divide outsourcing into the following categories:

  • Outsourcing in a short term of time
  • Outsourcing for the long term investment

The simple example of outsource in short term are ; you pay your friend to wash your car, or you pay them for any matter that won’t give any value or credit in future. This is not a bad move either, but it can shorten your time so that you’re able to enlarge your production.work-for-free

And what if we have a look in the long term. Outsource will get your work done faster, so that you can get into other job you’re focusing at. When getting full focus  of what you’re doing, then you may able to create your own creativity to work, and perform excellency in just a short time. The outsourcing job you’re hiring them can give you double results in future.

And to have money, you need to start finding alternatives. Start with your own effort, start small. It’s the most free and working capital to make a quick start. Once you got what you deserved, then outsource to widen your business. This is what done by most business sifoo, and this is what keep their success, and this is also what bring you toward excellency.

Little update: I withdrawing my Paypal fund and would like to make a test. Withdrawal has been made with the total of $391.71 including $10 for Paypal fees (2 transactions, so should be around RM1418), made from Paypal to my Public Bank Debit / Credit card. Time taken for withdrawal will be updated later.
