Hello all. I’ve been thinking, do we need to have multiple blogs just to get more income?. A bit truth is, for the moment, I earned money from this personal blog ONLY. BUT, I will be sharing a little thing based on experiences with ‘make money via blogging’.
I’ve been started blogging since 2007 and at first, I was about to blog of how to make money online. Unfortunately I can’t make money when I blog about IT. After been thinking for a while, I started to get bored with the ‘make money’ niche, and I started my own blog freedom, but that’s another story.
While posting articles, freely blog anything, I get an addictive feeling of it, and without my realization, I am ‘focusing’ hardly on this blog. I customized it well, update it with latest post, and this get me into business. So, I FOCUS.
So, do we need more blogs to get more income? The answer from me is YES, but, you need a total FOCUS of each of your blog. Imagine that you can earn USD100 per month (it’s possible, and I’m part of it) for just A BLOG. Now imagine that you have at least 3 blogs (again, it is possible!) with fully updates and maintained, you’ll earn USD300 per month. And that’s a great extra income for you! 
You can blog about almost anything, and make it surely interesting. Sometimes, Quality will determine your earnings, but sometimes, Quantity is the best. Carefully balance this equilibrium will lead you to your blog freedom.
So how can you get money via blogging? For me, you CAN’T earn extra huge money with just A program. Example, you can’t earn money via Google Adsense only just for the whole blog ( I don’t know your situation slightly different or what not, but this is what happened to me). I earned only a little from programs that I’ve joined and when they combines all together, the total earnings will be.. uh, you know that. Same with managing blogs, you need to really FOCUS on the programs.
Don’t just blog! Promote your blog, find ways to get you a High PR (Case happened to me that when I have good PR, then I will have more earning). Get better Alexa Rank and Technorati position, DIGG your articles.
When doing business, It’s all about strategic thinking. This includes preparation, well-organized and managed plan (lessons I learned from my Entrepreneurship class, and that’s what happened in the real world. duh!). Without well-planned strategy, you will lose in war.
