You must be wondering what’s with the number of 100. As you can see, it’s my 100th post, and this number is increasing from time to time. This will be my really short post as I’m kinda busy handling homework here. Although 100 seem a vey little number, compared that LiewCF, but It’s great for me . Well, since that I’m writing this post, let me share with you what encourage me to write more:

1. The domain name - Yes! The most major impact for me to blog more is the domain name. Domain plays the important role in encouraging us to blog. Stick with the domain you love most. I used to have a previous blog, domain name hanifrahman.com, but I found out that It’s such a ’skema’, nerd domain name. I prefer the name people will usually symbolize me. That’s why I got Hanep.org domain, and it comforts me the most. Oh ya, I noticed that the word ‘hanep’ has it’s own meaning in Philippines. (hanep - amusement, happiness) Luckily it was a good meaning..
2. Own domain - When creating my own blog, I’ll never use Blogspot, and all other free blog services. And I don’t like to use free hosting too (such 000webhost, etc). To be honest, I don’t like to leave comment(s) at blogspot blog as it seems to be a bit difficult and not user friendly for me. Sorry. but I really mean it. Blogspot will be best for people who running multiple blogs for pay per click advertising. When it comes to personal blog, I want to feel 100% free, and I’m sure, you too, looking forward for the freedom. right? Get your own self hosting, dude!

3. The freedom to blog - When having your own blog, do not limit your post into specific content. Feel free to write anything you want, as long as you enjoy the amusement, unless you create a blog specialized for one niche, targeting keywords for the pay per click advertising. You write what you observe, and you share what you experienced.

4. Design - Design is one of the major factors of traffics to our site. You don’t need complex design as you’ll be acting like you want your visitor to close their web browser quickly. For me, it comforts me the most with just a simple, cool and user-friendly design, which will attract you with more visitors. I want my blog to be special, so I fully re-designed this theme.

I started to be serious in internet long ago, but never realize that blogging was really enjoyable. Seriously, when you start to blog and receive traffics, you’ll feel the difference.

Off topic - I’m writing this post using WordPad since my internet connection here is too damn slow.192kbps, is this what I got for paying RM98 per month? Celcom Broadband should improve their service more. I received about 2.1Mbps for the first month, and that was great. But now it seems overloaded with users and the speed decrease to about 400-500kbps. It’s a too damn slow speed, and almost the speed of 3G! Now I can only access Yahoo Messenger, MSN, Google Talk, and Google.com from my web browser. I can’t even access my site. Damn!
